The Executive Dialogue Series, initiated by Johns Hopkins University in 2024, connects female university students from across the United States with executives of global companies. The initiative provides the future generation of female leaders with insight into successful business strategies and leadership, serving as valuable groundwork for their careers in business and finance.

Participating organizations in Spring 2024 included chapters of Smart Woman Securities at JHU, UPenn, Dartmouth, NYU, Georgetown, Yale, and UVA, as well as Women in Investing at Stanford and Women in Business at Princeton.
